The self-custodial wallet, Phantom, announced this week that it would begin supporting Ethereum and Polygon for both mobile app and desktop browser wallets. Launched in 2021, Phantom had been an exclusively Solana wallet until this point. Ultimately, this new change will give users the ability to interact with the new blockchains while still using Phantom and allow them access to additional dApps on those chains. Ideally, it will simplify the management of having multiple accounts and digital items across blockchains.
