R3NLT Announces #RACINGSHOE5 Drop
And speaking of sneakers, R3NLT’s RACING SHOE5 drop is coming. RACING SHOE5 is a “collection of sneakers created for the 50th anniversary of R5 and inspired by R5 Turbo.” GenR5 holders will have access on May 15th, early access begins on May 16th, and the public mint is scheduled for May 17th. The collection is limited to 960 pairs, and each of the 6 models is produced in 160 copies. This is a nod to the horsepower of the R5 Turbo engine. According to the R3NLT website, purchasing the phygital NFT grants the holder ownership of the digital collectible NFT, the digital passport NFT for the physical pair of shoes, and the corresponding physical pair of shoes in the chosen color and size. Delivery of the physical RACING SHOE5 is currently expected for September 2023.
